Dear Forest Meadows Neighbors,
As we approach the halfway mark of another year here in Forest Meadows, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude and provide a brief update.
First and foremost, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to each member of our dedicated Board of Directors for their ongoing efforts and commitment in serving our community. Their voluntary dedication helps ensure that our neighborhood remains a wonderful place to call home.
I also appreciate all of you, our neighbors, who contribute to making our community vibrant and welcoming. Your efforts, whether through maintaining your properties, participating in neighborhood events, or simply being good neighbors, truly make a difference. We have a few new neighbors this year and we gladly welcome you!
Looking ahead, I want to highlight our annual meeting, which is generally held in the fall. This gathering presents a valuable opportunity for us to come together, we will post the exact date and location, on this site, by the beginning of September. We will provide an email notification of the meeting as well so please provide an updated email to us via this site.
A few other highlights: we have contracted with TenderLawn care this year, which we believe will improve the care of our entrances. Thanks to Yunfei, we have developed this website, which includes another digital payment method and avenue to communicate to you. And we increased the HOA annual fee by 10% after many years of holding it the same and incurring the impact of inflation. Please let me know if you have any questions.
